Shipping & Returns

Domestic Orders

Domestic orders may be shipped by either USPS Priority Mail or USPS Express Mail. The shipping cost is automatically determined during checkout. Insurance for Domestic Priority Mail orders is not yet available, but may be in the future. All Domestic Express Mail orders are automatically insured up to $100. Insurance beyond this limit may be available in the future.

International Orders

International orders are welcome and may be shipped by either EMS or USPS Priority International. All international orders are insured. International orders may be subject to various fees or import duties depending on the laws in your country. The customer is responsible for all fees that may be incurred.

Returns

All merchandise includes a limited 90-day warranty. If you are having trouble with your item(s), please contact us and we will attempt to troubleshoot your issue. If your issue persists, we will instruct you to return the item(s) to us for inspection. If we determine that the item(s) failed due to customer misuse, there may be a fee for repair.
